Echo Electric's STEP program is a 12-month dynamic rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop emerging professionals across Warehousing/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales. The program includes hands-on on-the-job training, e-learning, mentorship, and residency trips, with exposure to site and corporate operations, and culminates in presenting to the Executive Leadership team. Begins June 2027 and offers all-expense paid travel and cross-location experiences.
