About the Role

Join the founding team at a fast-growing AI recruiting startup as a Strategic Operations Intern. You will support strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows, helping the team improve how work gets done in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Support strategic projects spanning operations, growth, and talent workflows.

Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or business intelligence reports to inform decisions.

Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows.

Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Contribute to operational projects involving recruiting and talent acquisition processes.

What We're Looking For

Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.

Experience managing multiple projects independently and delivering on commitments.

Background in process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management.

Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for creating and collaborating on documents.

Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment.

Recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, CRM, ATS, recruiting software, or AI business model experience is helpful.
