Job Description

For our Vacuum Control Products Division, we are looking for a passionate Strategy and Business Development Intern based in Balzers, Liechtenstein to work closely with our of Division President and VP Product Management & Marketing in one or various highly strategic projects around new market entry strategies, strategic portfolio management, and other business development strategies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy formulation and execution within a dynamic corporate environment.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities

Formulate organic and inorganic growth strategies to enter new markets

Analyze product portfolio and its strategic alignment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new business ideas and strategies

Work closely with the senior leadership

Work in highly strategic and confidential strategic projects

Position is designed to give you insights into company strategy formulation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or similar technical degree

Currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a MUST

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Previous experience in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar role is a plus

English proficiency, German language skills is a plus
