Substation Communication Engineering Intern in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities include learning/assisting with RTU programming using DNP, configuring network settings for substation cyber assets, observing network event logs, and gaining foundational understanding of EMS and cybersecurity in electric power operations. Uses Power System Center to configure, analyze, and verify protective relay and communication settings; analyzes network performance data and creates documentation. Hybrid internship with in-person commuting to a designated work location; May 24, 2027 start. Full-time in summer (up to 40 hours/week) and part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week).
