Capital Development Strategy Intern will be immersed in data driven research and report building as it pertains to capital spend for our current and future project portfolios. Responsibilities include collaborating with Development, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams on strategic capital initiatives, supporting new development capital project requests and approvals, maintaining cost projections for greenfield construction and incremental site builds, working on equipment procurement and delivery processes, developing new processes and documentation to improve capital project management, and applying industry-leading practices to improve overall business performance.
