THE POSITION The Supervisory Practices & Analytics Co-Op represents an opportunity to join the Investment Platform Supervisory Practices team, which helps strengthen and support the firm's first-line supervisory framework across a complex, global investment platform.
The team partners with Investment Platform leadership teams and investors, Legal & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and other groups to help identify emerging supervisory risks, develop effective monitoring and controls, and provide leadership with meaningful insights into areas requiring attention.
The Co-Op will gain exposure to investment processes and the governance and supervisory frameworks that support them. The role combines data analysis, risk and control thinking, process improvement and stakeholder engagement, providing an opportunity to understand how a global investment organization manages evolving business, regulatory, and operational risks.

This position is based in Boston and includes interaction with colleagues across our global offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES The Co-Op will support the Supervisory Practices team across a range of supervisory, monitoring and risk-management initiatives.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting the Investment Platform Morning Meeting process, including meeting logistics, coordination of materials, and capturing key discussion points and follow-up items.
Supporting the development and execution of data-driven supervisory monitoring designed to identify trends, exceptions and potential areas of heightened risk across the Investment Platform.
Assisting with conflicts-of-interest monitoring, including analysis related to the management of multiple portfolios or investment approaches where differing positions, trading activity or other circumstances may warrant additional supervisory and leadership review.
Supporting elements of the Investment Platform's model risk framework, including maintaining information on models, assisting with periodic reviews and certifications, and supporting governance and monitoring processes as appropriate.
Analyzing data and preparing materials to support group and regional supervisory meetings, management discussions and escalation processes.
Helping develop and enhance supervisory dashboards, reporting and analytical tools that provide leadership with greater visibility into key risks and trends.
Supporting reviews of supervisory processes and controls to identify opportunities for greater consistency, automation and scalability.
Assisting with documentation of supervisory procedures, monitoring methodologies and governance processes.
Partnering with colleagues across the Investment Platform, Legal & Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and other functions on cross-functional risk and supervisory initiatives.
Supporting emerging supervisory priorities and special projects as the Investment Platform and associated risks evolve.
Leading monthly supervisory review process meetings involving investment activity, including facilitating discussions with senior Investment Platform leadership, coordinating with investors to obtain supporting information, and supporting risk assessment, escalation and compliance decision-making.
