On-site Penske Logistics Trainee Program in the United States (9-12 months) to develop leadership and logistics skills. Provides hands-on training in warehouse operations (selection, loading/unloading, cross-docking, customer service) with opportunity to lead a small team after graduation. Pay is $25.00 per hour with an average annual salary of $55,000 (including OT). Benefits include PTO from Day 1, medical/dental/vision/life, 401K after 90 days. Visa sponsorship is not available; relocation after program is possible; authorized to work in the United States.
