Role: Supply Chain Support Specialist Intern at Penn State Applied Research Laboratory (ARL). Responsibilities include maintaining ARL's Supply Chain Information Management system, providing supply chain help-desk support, assisting file exchange users with password resets and account management, managing permissions, setting up folder structures, troubleshooting access issues, investigating application issues, performing audits, automating processes, and creating/update documentation. Up to 20 hours/week during fall, spring, and summer. Location: ARL in State College, PA. This is a paid internship; relocation/housing are not provided. ARL is a DoD SkillBridge partner. Applicants must be U.S. citizens; remote/hybrid work requires approval and is not guaranteed.
