Work you’ll do

Perform and complete all HR administrative, data entry and reporting tasks in assigned areas in an accurate and timely manner

Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure

Adherence to agreed service level agreements.

Participating in regular review of systems, processes and procedures to continuously improve HR processes.

Continuously strive to provide high quality service to meet or exceed agreed service levels

Actively participate in teamwork by backing-up other team members from time-to-time

Requirements

For internship duration of at least 3 months

Currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management with strong academic credentials to date (CGPA 3.2 and above)

Fresh graduates who are keen to develop competencies in HR are encouraged to apply

Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups

Team player with ability to work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment

Positive and flexible attitude to change

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
