Salary: £25,185 - £25,583 per annum pro rata depending on experience

Hours: 28.75 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, term time only (there maybe opportunity of additional after school club or breakfast club hours)

Contract: Fixed term for one year, required as soon as possible.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at Kelsale CEVC Primary School. You will:

support diverse learner needs, working closely with teachers and families

promote inclusivity and our Christian ethos in all aspects of school life

assist with behaviour management, small-group and 1:1 interventions

give support to the pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement

communicate effectively and work collaboratively with the whole school community

nurture pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development, with empathy, care and understanding

take an active role in whole school initiatives and events.
