We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic support staff team. The successful candidate will be working to support pupils with significant needs.

We are looking for someone who is:

A team player who is kind, patient and dependable, with the ability to remain calm and positive in every situation.

Someone who can naturally connect with children and create relationships built on trust, respect and encouragement.

Enthusiasm, creativity and a willingness to go the extra mile to help pupils engage, learn and thrive.

Experience or an understanding of SEMH and communication needs is desirable

Comfortable supporting pupils with intimate care with dignity and care.

The post is term time only - 5 days per week 32.5 hours per day- agreed with the successful candidate

FTE (Full Time Equivalent) pay £25,186.00 - £26,244.00 on a fixed term contract.
