Salary: £13.48 to £13.92 per hour

Hours of work: Part time. 1x 8 hours per week, 1x 10 hours per week

Contract: Temporary Fixed Term

All about the role:

We are seeking passionate, supportive and inspiring Teaching Assistants – one in KS1 supporting our year 1 & 2 class and one in lower KS2 working with a named pupil.  Both need to be highly motivated individuals who have a natural desire to support children in their development and learning.

One post will require you to provide general support within your designated class of KS1 children and at times delivering interventions with small groups of children.

The other post is to support an individual child with their social and emotional needs, both in class and independently.  Experience of supporting children with social and emotional needs would be an advantage.

On-going training and development will be provided for both roles.

1 x 8 hours per week Teaching Assistant role in years 1 & 2  – Tuesday to Friday afternoons (2 hours per afternoon) – temporary until 31/08/2027

1 x 10 hours per week Named Pupil Teaching Assistant role – Monday to Friday afternoons (2 hours per afternoon) – temporary until 31 October 2026 – possibility of extension
