Technology Development Engineering Intern in Bloomington, MN. Temporary on-site internship (12-13 weeks) supporting the Technology Development and Transfer group. Responsibilities include characterizing electrical parametric devices by hand probe, evaluating process splits, measuring inline wafer data (film thickness, critical dimensions), creating process characterization documents, and supporting initiatives related to quality, safety, environmental management, CQI, 5S, yield management, and cost containment.
