Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within the Hitachi Energy community. It will take you through three to four work assignments focused on Sales & Marketing, one of the placements will be used to gain first internation experience within our large network across the globe, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy.

During this journey you will learn more about how we are operating in one of the largest local service unit within Hitachi Energy across our portfolio in high voltage products such as transformers, gas insulated switchgears and much more.

Your background

Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical or industrial engineering, business administration or similar

Good knowledge about sales and marketing processes in an industrial environment, ideally in the area of elelctrical energy

Good knowledge in lean management

Proficient in written and spoken German and English

High willingness to learn and motivation to engage in new topics

Self-driven, analytical team player with strong communication skills

International mobility required for your assignments

Additional important information: Start date of the program is 01.02.2027.
