Trainee – Finance program in Qatar focusing on observing and learning from experienced staff, gaining knowledge of company policies and processes, completing required assessments, participating in meetings and workshops, completing assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations, taking detailed notes and liaising with managers and senior staff, preparing documents and updating records, performing administrative support, researching and assisting in identifying areas for service or process improvements, writing and presenting regular updates to management, completing fieldwork or site visits as required, maintaining communication with supervisors and periodic evaluations, maintaining positive working relationships with employees, and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
