Werkstudent position in Facility Management at our Karlsruhe site. Support in the implementation of facility management projects with a focus on space management; assist with tender processes for services such as cleaning, winter services, street cleaning and façade renovations; monitor maintenance and inspections of regulated systems; capture on-site conditions, drive documentation and continuous updates; develop future KPIs and a modern ticketing system for reporting and handling faults; contribute to strategic development and rollout of modern space usage management. 15 hours per week; tariff-based compensation including vacation and Christmas bonuses; onsite employee restaurant and additional benefits.
