Werkstudent (m/w/d) HR-Digitalisierung & Prozessautomatisierung in Hamburg. Unterstützt das HR-Team bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von HR-Prozessen, arbeitet an operativen HR-Aufgaben mit (z. B. Vertragsunterlagen) und entwickelt kleinere Automatisierungen mit Tools wie Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot und SharePoint. Flexible 16–20 Stunden pro Woche, Start jederzeit bzw. spätestens 1. November 2026; hybrides Arbeiten (1–2 Tage pro Woche im Hamburger Office, ansonsten remote). Perspektive für Abschlussarbeiten oder Direkteinstieg nach dem Studium.
