You and Your Job As a Wholesale Banking Summer Intern based in Rabobank's Atlanta, GA office, you will support the Food & Agribusiness Corporate Banking team through research, analysis, and client-focused initiatives. You will gain exposure to corporate banking, food and agriculture markets, and the collaborative work that helps clients achieve their business goals.

Throughout the internship, you will work with professionals across Rabobank's product and service offerings while developing technical, analytical, and professional skills. The program includes training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

Support a variety of projects and initiatives across Rabobank's Food & Agribusiness business.

Conduct research, analyze information, and help identify insights that support business and client needs.

Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences.

Collaborate with professionals across different teams and business areas.

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and networking opportunities to learn about the banking industry and Rabobank's business.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Wholesale Banking Summer Internship, you must have:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program entering your junior year

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Be comfortable working with data, conducting research, and drawing meaningful conclusions.

Show initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Must be able to work on-site at Rabobank’s Atlanta, GA office throughout the internship.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Rabobank is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.

Internship Overview:

Rabobank’s internship program is designed to provide a mutually beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for Rabobank and collegiate students. The internship will be a full time 40hr a week position, 10-week, paid program. Salary Expectations: Target Hiring Range: $49.50/hour

This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
