Intern will support ESL instruction for immigrants and refugees, assisting lead teacher in in-person classes at the IRC office and remote sessions via Zoom. Responsibilities include recording attendance, class prep, conducting outreach, leading activities, supporting conversation practice, and substituting as needed, while collaborating with the Adult Education team to meet clients’ educational needs and focusing on WIOA goals.
