Job Description GE Grid GSI is looking for a working student willing to assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness. Additional responsibilities include:

Conduct data analysis to compare current business resource needs with business capabilities.

Design, develop and implement architecture and data repositories for models to analyze and compare data sets from various sources, primarily in Excel, Smartsheet and Tableau.

Design, develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards and reports to effectively communicate and monitor resource deployment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency of data management.

Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects and tasks based on business need.

Qualifications and requirements:

Currently enrolled in an accredited German university with focus on Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT or similar.

Knowledge of data visualization techniques and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze data sets.

Previous internships or courses in data analysis, statistics, or related fields are an advantage but not required.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Fluent in English, spoken and in writing is mandatory.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

German language is a plus.
