Working student tribology position in Munich. Responsibilities include preparing and conducting tests to analyze friction and wear behavior, evaluating measurement data and preparing results for further analysis, supporting the development and optimization of test methods, documenting and presenting test results within the team, and contributing to understanding tribological mechanisms and their impact on system performance. Qualifications: pursuing a degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field; enthusiasm for experimental work in laboratory/test bench environments; ideally initial experience in data analysis and familiarity with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools; ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and with initiative; interest in analyzing measurement data and solving technical challenges; confident communication in German and English.
