In order to support the Supply Chain and Logistics, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Working Student within Supply Chain and Logistics (d/f/m)

As a working student (d/f/m) you will acquire an in-depth insight into the Supply Chain and Logistics A400M department for a German Air Force customer.

Location: Langenhagen (Hannover-area)

Start: as soon as possible

Duration: 1 year

Your tasks and responsibilities

Digitalization and support for a Knowledge Management Tool creation.

Execute the material operations service in accordance with the Customer contract requirements and in coherence and coordination with the Material Support Centre of Competence.

Execute and monitor the purchase operations.

Solve operational issues on a daily basis together with the Material Support Centre of Competence, the Material Manager, the Material Operations Manager and the custom.

Execute the mentioned flows in the different ERPs related to the contract: SAP, MDNPro and SASPF.

Desired skills and qualifications

Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar field of study.

Programming skills on VBA will be appreciated.

Experience using Microsoft Office package and/or Google Suite will be taken into account.

Driven, motivated with a willingness to take initiative.

Coordination and organizational skills, highly pro-active to interact with all necessary stakeholders.

Process oriented with high interest in continuous improvement and practical solutions, very high attention to details and rigor guaranteeing the service performance and avoiding non-qualities.

Fluent English skills, good German/Spanish skills would be an advantage.
