This is Caterpillar Solar Turbines' TMP New Product Introduction/Technology Engineering Rotation Program (entry level). The program provides the foundation for future engineers through multiple four-to-six month rotations across departments such as Mechanical Design, Combustion, Heat Transfer, and more, with placement into NPI/Tech Engineering after rotations. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, combustion, or related engineering; GPA 2.8; 0–3 years of experience; relocation to San Diego, CA. The position is onsite five days a week with a pay range of $72,360.00–$108,540.00 per year.
