We exist to transform our customers and change lives

About our Summer Internship Program

RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad.

As an Agile Delivery Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting Agile product development and delivery in a cross-functional environment. You will collaborate cross departmentally with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to develop practical skills in delivery coordination, facilitation, communication, risk management, and continuous improvement. Your participation in delivery planning, Agile ceremonies, and process implementation will progressively increase as your capability, judgment, and independence increase.

What You'll Do

Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.

Identify, Develop and Apply:

Foundational Agile principles, practices, and organizational delivery processes

Appropriate responses and escalation for delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and emerging issues

Opportunities to improve flow, transparency, effectiveness, and predictability in relation to delivery processes

Clear, concise communication for delivery status, risks, blockers, decisions, and dependencies

Experience with delivery metrics, reporting, Jira, Confluence, and other delivery tools.

Grow and Connect:

Collaborate directly with experienced Agile delivery professionals and receive regular coaching and feedback

Discover your natural talents through a CliftonStrengths assessment

Develop presentation skills, communication, and professional presence through workshops and intentional projects to showcase your learned skills and abilities

Collaborate on a group innovation project that spans the full 12 weeks

Hear directly from RF-SMART leaders in our Meet the Leader series—interactive sessions covering career paths, industry insights, and real advice

Build your network at our intern alumni panel and networking mixer

Participate in volunteer events, National Intern Day, and company-wide activities

Access LinkedIn Learning throughout the summer

What You Bring:

Interest in process improvement

Demonstrated leadership skills

Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship

Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours

Available to work 40 hours per week in-office

Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
