JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Support UAT and product testing activities across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms

Draft and localise FAQs, training materials (TTT), and GTM collaterals

Design, review, and document customer journeys

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations

Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

Undergraduate pursuing Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Highly proficient in English and Malay

Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Interest and/or exposure to UI/UX concepts

Proficient in data analysis and interpretation

Demonstrated interest in product management and digital businesses

Interest in the entertainment and content streaming industry

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
