Intern, Creator & Affiliate Marketing

Intern, Digital Operation at Astro Malaysia. Location: All Asia Broadcast Centre. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing customer inquiries via social media and other channels, responding within SLAs, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions, ensuring responses comply with company policies and service standards, supporting social media monitoring and online engagement, preparing reports on enquiry volumes and response performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Customer Service, or related field; strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; familiarity with social media platforms; strong interpersonal and customer service orientation; good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
