What You'll Do The Finance trainee will be a member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team, supporting BCG X Delivery leaders in managing our global business units and scaling our near-shore X Build capability hubs across regions.

Main responsibilities include:

Support the development and reshaping of BCG X Delivery's reporting and digital reporting suite, including dashboards, reporting templates, and self-service reporting tools. Build and maintain dashboards and data pipelines that consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable business insights. Apply data and AI tools - such as Power BI, Tableau Prep, and Claude - to automate reporting workflows, streamline data processing, and improve reporting quality and efficiency. Working knowledge of or hands-on experience with these or similar tools is expected.

In a secondary capacity, you will also support core finance responsibilities, including:

Support day-to-day finance operations and financial planning for BCG X Delivery, including project codes, timesheet corrections, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Monitor business performance and outlook by tracking actuals vs. forecasts/plans, pipeline, backlog, project wins, revenue impact, and key variances.

What You'll Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or currently pursuing one) Strong interest in analytics topics (tools, data design and pipeline, visualizations) A proactive can-do attitude Ability to effectively communicate and hold discussions with peer group and staff High attention to detail and quality of work Confidence in following up with a structured, organized approach Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI tools knowledge Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate reporting processes, paired with a strong working understanding of data and AI tools Prior project experience involving reporting automation, data analysis, or AI tools is a strong plus; candidates with a Finance educational or professional background are highly preferred Fluency in English

Who You'll Work With You will work with BCG X leaders, BCG X and BCG Finance teams and with closely collaborate with other functions (Staffing, HR). You will build relationships and work effectively with members of billable and BST talent, Global X staffers, CDC, and the X leadership team.
