Career and Financial Coaching Intern (fall 2026)

Internship with the IRC in Baltimore, MD focusing on career and financial coaching for refugees and humanitarian immigrants. Responsibilities include one-on-one client coaching for job searches and interview preparation, leading small group job readiness training sessions, researching potential employers, assisting with service documentation, and developing an employment-specific project. This is a hybrid in-person/remote internship in the Baltimore area. Summer 2026 internship details: orientation on June 8 (approx. 9:30 AM–3 PM); 14 weeks through September 11, 2026; minimum 15 hours/week with in-office presence at least 3 days/week. Unpaid internship with per diem reimbursement of $15 per day; university credit may be arranged.
