PRN Clinical Laboratory Assistant needed for MUSC Health Florence Medical Center in Florence, SC. Performs pre-analytical processing of specimens, data entry of client demographic information, processing test orders and order review, reconciling specimen/order problems, assisting with send-out testing, ensuring proper patient registration, paper requisition filing, supply management support, answering phones, ensuring proper labeling of samples and sample distribution, and other duties as assigned. Education: HS Diploma or GED; Experience: 1 year health care setting experience or relevant certifications (CL A, phlebotomist) preferred. Schedule: 8 hours per week; Pay Type: Hourly; PRN position.
