Co-op role in Purchasing for Fall 2026 at Schaeffler. Location: Fort Mill, SC, USA. The student will work on a project-based assignment with responsibilities across HR, controlling, and purchasing/quality strategy, including developing business cases and supporting reporting and analysis. Onboarding will present project descriptions; opportunities for development through tasks, rotations, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes. Qualifications include pursuing an academic degree, maintaining a 2.5 GPA or higher, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently, and authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
