Alcon's Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) MBA 2027 Summer Internship is located at the US headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. The full-time, 10–12 week internship places MBA students in marketing, commercial operations, and/or key accounts, with projects spanning US Vision Care Product/Brand Marketing, US Vision Care Key Accounts, US Pharma Marketing, US Pharma Operations, and US Surgical Marketing. The experience offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional initiatives and may lead to joining the Commercial Leadership Development Program full-time, including three year-long rotations: Commercial Foundation (Commercial Operations), Marketing, and Sales.
