Milliken’s Dewey Plant is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern to apply mechanical or electrical engineering and safety principles to real-world manufacturing projects. The internship emphasizes LEAN continuous improvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a dedicated mentor. Standard 40-hour workweek (8 AM–5 PM) with on-site participation at the plant from late May to early August. Open to rising juniors or seniors pursuing a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; GPA minimum 3.0; prior manufacturing experience preferred. During the internship, you will work on cross-functional projects aimed at reducing waste, improving efficiency, and refining process standards.
