Diesel Technician Apprentice role based in Pecos, TX. In the apprenticeship program, you can expect to learn electrical diagnostics and repairs, air conditioning and heating diagnostics and repairs, wheel end assembly diagnostics and repairs, air system diagnostics and repairs, air brakes diagnostics and repairs, charging system diagnostics and repairs, basic computer diagnostics and parts lookup and acquisition. Job functions include assisting customers with roadside services and learning preventative maintenance services. Requires the ability to move and lift 75+ pounds, work in various temperatures, and rotating day/night schedules; ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).
