12-week summer Operations Internship in TJX Global Distribution and Fulfillment Networks, based in warehouse locations nationwide; responsibilities include leading a team of warehouse associates, collaboration with distribution/fulfillment functions, extensive on-the-job training with mentorship from leaders, and a final presentation to Distribution executives. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a process improvement project and there is potential for future offers to return for a second internship or transition to a full-time Distribution Supervisor role.
