Entry-level Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and, after CDL attainment, transition to a Driver role across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off lines of business. The program includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and resources to take the CDL examination, with a requirement to complete twelve months of employment after obtaining a CDL. Pay is $18.75-$20.62 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package.
