Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a CDL and move into a Driver position in Residential, Commercial, Industrial or Roll-Off. The program includes classroom study, on-route training, driving experience, and the loan of a truck to take the CDL examination. After CDL graduation, the employee will transition to a Driver role within one of the company lines of business, with a minimum of twelve months employment after obtaining the CDL.
