Driver Trainee will be trained by Republic Services to obtain a commercial driver's license (CDL) and transition into a Driver role. The program includes classroom study, on-road training, driving experience, and access to a loaner truck to take the CDL examination. After obtaining a CDL, the trainee will perform as a Driver in one of the company's lines of business (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, or Roll-Off) and complete a minimum 12 months of continued employment.
