The Engineering Co-Op is an entry-level production / process engineering position for engineering students after their second year, offering three full rotations (fourth optional) at Avient operations with mentorship from senior manufacturing personnel; orientation training is provided at the start of the first two semesters, and some rotations may include corporate function experiences (e.g., EHS or R&D).
