The Environmental Intern will partner closely with the Environmental team to support environmental compliance and stewardship projects for the Nevada Projects portfolio. This is a project-based internship with ownership of a core technical project from start to finish, culminating in an end-of-program presentation to technical leadership. Responsibilities include field inspections, environmental assessments, and review of regulatory documentation and environmental permits; evaluating operational activities for environmental risk exposure and supporting the implementation of corrective actions; and supporting the design, execution, and data analysis of environmental monitoring programs (water, air, waste, and reclamation).
