Financial Services Risk Consulting Intern - Summer 2027

Financial Services Risk Consulting Intern at RSM (Irvine, CA) to work across Financial Institutions, Capital Markets, Insurance, Specialty Finance (including Fintech) and Asset Management, gaining exposure to ESG, Digital Assets and Blockchain, regulatory matters, credit and interest rate risk through hands-on client experience. You will be paired with a Performance Advisor in our Financial Services industry team to aid development. Responsibilities include sitting in on client meetings, preparing reports, traveling to client locations as requested, completing client projects on time, leveraging proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze client information, and attending conferences and trainings for professional development. Internship requires 90 credit hours completed; current pursuit of BA/BS degree; majors include Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Business Administration; minimum 3.0 GPA preferred; travel to client locations may be required; strong communication and MS Office skills; ability to work in a team; integrity.
