Group Talent Acquisition Intern

Group Talent Acquisition Intern at Richemont in Bellevue, US. You will support the Group TA Project Manager to ensure the TA community understands tools, systems and methodologies to reach hiring success. You will assist in optimizing recruiting activities so Regions and Maisons can meet growth. You will coordinate and support TA initiatives, trainings and guidelines creation for the TA community, assist analytics and reporting initiatives linked to data accuracy (diversity hiring, university engagement), and collaborate with Employer Branding and University teams to update toolkits for all HR population. Requirements include being enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Data Analytics, Business Administration or similar; comfortable with technology and data; strong business mindset; excellent written and oral English; ability to plan, coordinate and manage workload; high attention to detail; internship agreement with your school/university mandatory; available to start a 6-month internship in September 2026 or later.
