HR Intern

BCG Platinion is looking for a motivated and talented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our HR colleagues, supporting a variety of HR processes and activities while gaining exposure to different areas of the employee lifecycle. What You'll Do Support the HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, taking ownership of selected day-to-day and recurring tasks Manage and maintain data in our HR and Recruiting tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates Support key HR processes, including recruiting, staffing, or talent&career development Collaborate with the team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing HR reports, ensuring data quality and providing meaningful insights Create, review, and edit presentations and other HR-related materials in both Italian and English Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

What You'll Bring You hold, or are currently completing, a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and are comfortable working with data, formulas, pivot tables, and analytical models. Knowledge of macros is considered a plus You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent attention to detail You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion You are a collaborative team player while also feeling comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your responsibilities You are proactive, flexible, well-organized, and able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment You are a quick and creative thinker with a hands-on attitude and a willingness to learn Previous experience in an HR, Recruiting, People Analytics, or data-focused internship will be considered a plus

Additional info This opportunity is offered as a 6-month internship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development within BCG Platinion. As this is an internship position, participants will receive a monthly allowance, in accordance with the internship agreement.
