HR Intern within the HR Service Department supporting the US and Canada. Responsibilities include assisting with HR topics such as Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll; partnering with HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to deploy HR initiatives; educating managers and associates on HR processes and tools; real-time problem solving and escalation when needed. One-year internship with 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Location: Farmington Hills, MI, USA.
