The Human Resources Intern will support the local HR People Partner on a wide range of HR tasks and projects. Responsibilities include assisting with employee recruitment and onboarding, performing HRIS data entry, generating reports and providing general support to managers. The role offers hands-on experience across all aspects of HR, familiarization with Rolls-Royce and mtu onsite energy HR processes, and exposure to applicable federal and state employment laws.
