Essential Functions

Supports Talent Acquisition and Compensation initiatives within EMC’s corporate human resources area

Supports candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development for internship, early-career and entry-level positions, including reviewing resumes and assisting with candidate pre-screening

Contributes to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives and helps manage candidate communications to create a positive candidate experience

Transfers job descriptions from Word documents into Workday, ensuring information is entered accurately and consistently

Supports communications related to the job description system of record transition effort

Learns EMC’s culture, business processes and human resources functions

Education & Experience

Business, human resources, or finance major preferred

Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical ability

Knowledge of computer software, such as Excel and Word

Strong organizational skills

Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail

Ability to maintain confidentiality
