Technical intern position to assist Substation Operations Technical Specialists with DC systems battery monitoring, gaining exposure to battery monitors and battery charger monitors. Intern will learn how data is retrieved, analyzed, and how automated alarming for threshold violations is configured. Tasks include installing and verifying monitoring equipment, updating software databases, creating webpages for monitor installations, resolving loss of communication alarms, and terminating fiber optic and ethernet cables. Must be pursuing an engineering degree with graduationSpring 2028 or later; cannot sponsor visa. Hourly rate is $23.00-$37.00 with comprehensive benefits.
