Intern – Human Resources – Organizational Effectiveness. Hybrid internship in Foster City, California, United States. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to support enterprise transformation initiatives (organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, collaboration, and AI-enabled ways of working); analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from surveys, interviews, and diagnostics to identify trends and opportunities; developing executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leaders; designing and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to improve organizational performance; researching external best practices and trends in organizational effectiveness and AI adoption to inform recommendations; final presentation of work (PPT) at internship end. Must be enrolled full-time in a U.S. college/university with 10–12 weeks between May and August; internships are hybrid and not fully remote. The expected hourly range is $19.00–$55.00.
