Tasks
Active participation in a variety of global projects in the fields of Corporate Culture and Talent Management
Support for various global HR strategy initiatives, including the preparation of Employee Survey, Diversity & Inclusion activities, as well as the introduction of new global Talent Management concepts and processes
Taking ownership of individual work packages in collaboration with an international, cross-cultural team
Conducting research and creating guidelines to support global concepts and initiatives
Preparing and refining presentations and documents for different target audiences
Consolidating and analyzing data for global reports and dashboards
Requirements
Currently, purely voluntary internships cannot be offered
Enrollment in a degree program (Bachelors or Masters) in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a comparable field of study
Mandatory 6-month internship as part of the university curriculum
Strong enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a global organization
Good English language skills and proficiency in common Microsoft Office and IT applications
