Tasks

Support in the conception and implementation of various activities in personnel marketing and employer branding, such as campaign roll-outs

Support in the implementation of communication measures for internal as well as external communication channels (e.g. social media, career website, intranet)

Supporting the coordination of international collaboration with our HR marketing experts on strategic projects and initiatives

Independent planning, implementation and evaluation of various events

Research and preparation of decision papers as well as current analyses in the area of Employer Branding

Operational support and own idea contribution for the HR Marketing and Employer Branding
