IT Operations Intern to support IJM's Global IT Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in IT operations and service management across the organization’s infrastructure. The intern will work on projects involving Microsoft 365, Azure, and Zoom/Teams conference rooms, with duties including troubleshooting IT issues, scheduling IT service activities, and coordinating interdepartmental communications. This position can be fully in-person or hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) in the Washington, DC area, with 30-40 hours per week during standard business hours (8:30am-5:30pm EST). Interns receive a monthly stipend.
